Barthold et Complices is a specialized catering company born out of two co-owners' passion for the field of culinary arts and gourmet dining. The proud owners are : chef Sabine Barthold and her associate - Bianca Nugent. After more than 10 years working in fine restaurants, five-star hotels and Montreal's trendiest restaurants, the complices decided to transcend their years of experience into a catering business that uniquely showcases their culinary talents and event planning skills.
